Form I-130 questions!

Hi

I am applying an I-130 for my mother. I am a US citizen

1- For question 11, I am currently married but never been married before, what should I answer to this question? For the same question for my mother who is widowed, should I mention the name of my deceased father as a prior husband and if yes is the date marriage end is the date of death of my father?

2- For question 2(beneficiary), do we write the address of the beneficiary overseas or the address where she is going to live(my address) when she moves to the US?

3- For question 8(beneficiary) should we mention the date and place of marriage if my mom is widowed or should we leave it blank?

4- For 17, do we mention the name of the deceased husband ( my father)

For the PETITION (not the application) you should list the husband's name I believe but make a note that the husband is deceased. For the address question in #2, put the current address she is living in overseas.
