Hi, im about to apply for a CR1 on Lima Embassy, and i want to know if

The marriage certificate have to be translated to english? Yes, with the USCIS translation statement. At the interview stage, we were not required to translate anything that was in Spanish. This may have changed.

I can make the payment for the 420$ with a credit card? As of 2010, no. Check with them by calling during their phone hours listed on the website.

For the bonafide marriage, what i have to send?, photos? how many? sms too? This is the same as it would be for anyone else filing an I-130. See the VJ guides and embassy reviews, as well as searching the forums for ideas.

Thanks.

Thanks, i asked the embassy and they accept credit cards.

What do you mean with the "USCIS translation statement." so at the enterview (the beneficiary go alone) you dont have to take anything translated, only when you fill for the i.130?

From this page:

Please submit certified translations for all foreign language documents. The translator must certify that s/he is competent to translate and that the translation is accurate.

The certification format should include the certifier's name, signature, address, and date of certification. A suggested format is:

Certification by Translator

I [typed name], certify that I am fluent (conversant) in the English and ________ languages, and that the above/attached document is an accurate translation of the document attached entitled ______________________________.

Signature_________________________________

Date Typed Name

Address

When we received our interview letter from Lima, it specified that they would accept documents in English or Spanish. See what your letter says when you receive it. For the I-130 filing, you will need to translate into English.
