Interview in Manila date set, papers recieved

OK.. finally my wife received the papers with the medial and interview dates. This is for the K3. I have a few questions. (I noticed just hours prior that the websited also had updated information)

1. It asks for payment, and includes forms. (I assume I need to pay this, and it is something local to the Philippines, and not something I already paid). Do I fill out the online form? send to her and have BPI stamp the back of that? Or can she just fill out the one sent, and take it to the bank?

2. These papers are all she needs to go to St. Lukes now (earlier than the scheduled time) to do the medical right?

3. She has her shot records from when she was a kid, and the two new ones we did last month. IF she needs any additional shots (not sure) she will just get them there at ST. Lukes during the medical?

4. IF the interview date for the I-130 comes in close are around the same time as this K3.. what would happen if she attends and is approved for the K3. Can she just hang around and also attend the other Interview? Or will getting the K3 cancel the other process? I would much rather she gets the GC, SSN, ect with the other visa. But I also want her home with me asap.

5. The papers sent to her.. is this the "packet"? or is that something else that is at St. Lukes? Basically she got an Appointment letter, checklists, and a few forms.
