Hello VJ's,

I just want to know if the USCIS have basis to transfer our cases? i have read some forums regarding transfer of AOS cases but most of them are really frustrating because of the long waiting period. It is said on the NOA that case is being transferred for the "speedy process",but according to some members it will just count the process to go back to zero,i mean 6-8 months or longer, i hope not, how I wish they just set an appointment for my interview rather than hanging on the air..Is this really a speed process or?? I need some clarification, i really don't understand why they keep transferring AOS cases instead of doing it on the particular service center. i prefer to have interview rather than no interview but long waiting period. Thank you VJ's
