Hello Everyone

I am new to this forum and just wanted to say hi and get some feedback from everyone. I am a Canadian citizen and just married an American. We got married in Canada and right now I am currently in the USA but will be leaving back to Canada for work purposes while my husband stays behind in the USA. I was wondering what is the best option for us in terms of the immigration process. I have been doing alot of research and from what I understand, the best option is the k-3 visa option. However, while I am back in Canada and I start the immigration process I still want to have the option to travel back and fourth to the USA to visit my husband. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

You might want to redo your research, the K-3 has been obsolete for almost 3 yeras.

Congratulations!!

You may want to look into the CR-1 as the K3 is becoming obsolete. As for visiting it is allowed(never guaranteed), make sure you have proof of ties to Canada when you cross. You can start the CR-1 process while you are still visiting your husband you don't need to wait till you return to Canada, unless you are still waiting for your marriage certificate.

You may also want to come down to the Canada Forum to pick our brains hehe.
