Hi guys, we applied for AOS on 08/23/2011, i came on k1 and my 11 year old boy on k2, we applied together, the same date and same big package, when my application was out of time, i was able to put in a SR, but wrongfully assumed my boy's app would be pulled out too, well finally i have my GC but I am waiting for my son's AOS approvals. The USCIS web says RFE response review since June 21 and should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days as we all know this is standard for everyone, but i got my AOS approval soon after i got a similar email. I was wondering what can take them so long to make a decision ?????(the RFE was about my marriage certificate, We never applied for AP or EAD , thought i won't need them, we planned to travel this summer so 11 months waiting was never in our plans.......we had so many delays in our AOS, I am so sick of wondering what is going on.

10/31/2011 Biometrics

04/10/2012 Emailed CSC

04/13/2012 CSC says they just adjudicated my case!!!

04/20/2012 RFE (more vaccines)

05/03/2012 RFE received at CSC

05/12/2012 Card production ordered

05/18/2012 GC on hand
