What's a "developmentally disabled" person? Is that PC for retarded?

"Plumbing snake" sounds like fun but actually isn't:

"Developmentally disabled" ,"Special needs" these are both PC terms for retarded.

What's a plumbing snake anyway ?

Augh, that's really sick and disgusting. I hope those kids get what they deserve and I don't mean by any court, I mean in prison. It's just really unbelievable that people can be that sick. Poor man.

That thing going into the toilet is a snake.

The one in my basement doesn't look nearly that nice.

Oh you mean that thing "Roto-Rooter" uses to unclog toilets.

Two Guilty In Plumbing Snake Attack Of Disabled Man

Posted on Friday, 28 of September , 2007 at 9:58 am

SUFFOLK COUNTY—Two Shirley men charged with aggravated sexual abuse for attacking a developmentally-disabled man with a plumbing snake pleaded guilty at a court conference in Riverhead earlier this week before State Supreme Court Justice Robert W. Doyle.

County police detectives arrested Steven Rodriguez, 19, of 117 Hounslow Road and Michael Lunsford, 18, of 106 Lexington Ave. in October of last year. The attack occurred in a bathroom in the AMF Shirley Lanes on the Green bowling alley.

Rodriquez pled to one count of attempted predatory sexual assault and aggravated sexual abuse in the first degree. Rodriquez will be sentenced to 20 years in state prison and five years post release supervision. He will also be certified as a sexual offender.

During his plea, Steven Rodriguez admitted forcing a plumber’s snake into the victim’s rectum.

Codefendant Michael Lunsford admitted that he held the victim down during the attack.

Lunsford will receive a state prison sentence of 16 years, with five years of post-release supervision for this guilty plea to first-degree assault.

Judge Doyle will sentence the pair on Oct. 23. 9-28-07

Today? That was 2 years ago. Kids to day are way more badass!

Not really, a high school classmate was killed when older kids jammed an air hose up his butt with a blow gun on it, one reason why I didn't want to raise my kids in Chicago. That had to be a very painful death for my classmate.

Do we really want to talk about things like this?

Nice. I wonder if they have been made subject to inmate justice.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

I wonder where the two allstars are today?

STEVEN RODRIGUEZ is not eligible for parole until December of 2003, another 15 years:

http://nysdocslookup.docs.state.ny.us/GCA00P00/WIQ3/WINQ130

Meanwhile MICHEAL LUNSFORD won't be released until 07/03/2020, +12 years:

http://nysdocslookup.docs.state.ny.us/GCA00P00/WIQ3/WINQ130

Chances are they are housed in a 'sensitive needs unit', a separate area of the prison where sex offenders, rapists, child molesters, and ex gang members live.
