I have a few questions on some forms

on the I-129f part A question 10:

my citizenship was acquired through:

"birth in the US", "naturalization", "give number of certificate" - on the VJ example form it says that this is for naturalization certificate number, but next line says "have you obtained a certificate of citizenship in your name", "if yes give certificate number", so what is certificate of citizenship then? is it not the same as naturalization certificate?

another questions are for g-325a:

for parents info, does it have to be mother maiden name, not the current last name right?

for applicant's last address outside of US for more then 1 year, so if I've lived outside of US like 10 years ago, do I have to remember that address and exact dates?

alien registration number, do I still need to provide this number even though I've been us citizen for many years?

and couple questions on I-134:

question 10 (I have submitted a visa petition on behalf of the following) so which "date submitted" should I have here, date when I sent the papers or date when they received it and entered into the system?

another question is about child of fiancee, we decided that she won't take here child with her right away but will take here once she settles in a little, not sure on the K2 process yet but do I need to enter child into i-134 now or she will need separate affidavit later?

Were you born in the US? If so then you don't need to be concerned about the number. For the G-325, use mother's maiden name. You don't have to remember the exact dates of when you last lived outside of the US, but do your best to approximate them. Put as much as you can of the address. At least a city, province, country, etc. For question 10 on the I-134, put the date you sent in the papers.

i134

for fiancee's kids, dont list it in your i134 because they are not going to come together with your fiancee. i have the same situation, and we didnt list my children in my fiance (now husband's) i134.

the date you submit, is when you signed your form.

another questions are for g-325a:

for parents info, does it have to be mother maiden name, not the current last name right? (better list your mother's name as listed in the birth certificate)

for applicant's last address outside of US for more then 1 year, so if I've lived outside of US like 10 years ago, do I have to remember that address and exact dates? (provide as complete if possible).

so how did you bring them in later? did you submit separate affidavit for children? I'm not familiar with K2 process yet, just asking because on i-134 it says name children accompanying or following to join, they are not accompanying now but she will follow to joint later
