We got married than after one year I filed for divorce. All she wanted is a green card. Im a dumb ####. On the other hand, she has found a sponsor working in a field that she has no exp. let alone a degree in.

My question is, will INS raise a red flag-deny her once they see that a divorce has been made, and now your trying to get a working visa, someone is sponsoring her? For example, she is a dancer and now your trying to design shoes?

Any feedback would be helpful. Or, is there an office where I can ask directly_ an email?

help.

The contact information for ICE is at the bottom on every VJ page. For them to act you would have to give them some sort of proof, not just an accusation.

If you are divorced then all she needs to do is file to remove conditions herself?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
