fee for AOS

I have filed my AOS. sent in I-485, I-765, I-864, G325A and the fee was $575.00. Is this the correct fee?

Are you assuming you will never need the AP (as you didn't send in I-131)? Your numbers are right as they stand.

Thank you for all the replies. My fiancee does not need AP for now. She wants to wait till she has the citizenship before travelling. But in case that she wants to travel later. She can apply for one. Just a little bit delay for processing.

I thought you can only apply for US Citizenship after you have had the Greencard for 3 years. Does she really wanna wait that long or did you mean Greencard instead of Citizensip?

We both willing to wait for 3 years. Save money, because we both been travelled all over thailand, and we both broke. Hehehehehehe. In the mean time, we will make plan if want to visit early, if we decide to go early then we will submit I-131 3 or 4 months early before travelling.

Well, maybe you get the Greencard even before you decide to travel, then you don't need the advance parole anymore anyway.
