Hi everyone... I really need your help and input. I am getting things together for my fiance's interview in Morocco and I am confused about affidavits of support, co-sponsors, etc. In the embassy section of this website it says that for K-1 interviews they require I-184 but recently I have see they sometimes require I-184 and others I-134. I am planning on doing both because I really don't want risk it. Do you have any insight?

Also.. I have a co-sponsor. I know I need to fill out a form for myself as I am the petitioner. Do I need to sign? I feel uncomfortable and confused because it is asking me to swear I have the means of supporting my fiance and I don't.. hence why I have a co-sponsor. I am doing some odd-jobs but am not officially employed. I didn't file taxes last year as I was unemployed and I wrote a letter explaining this in order to make it clear why I'm not including tax returns or transcripts. Do I still need the bank papers and other things even though I'm not the main one sponsoring?

thank you so much for your help guys!! I am so glad I have this forum where I can ask things like this.

Ya know what, I did both just in case. One minute, I was being told to send the I134 as the I864 was just for Adjustment of Status once he got here, then the next minute some one else said no they asked for the I864. Well, the day of the interview, they asked him for the I864 as this is what they were accepting at the time. Hopefully someone who has just interviewed lately can tell you what they used.
