"Native" alphabet question

Hello everyone.

this is probably a trivial question, but I'd rather check, than find out I did it wrong months down the track. I'm a native English speaker residing in Japan. Therefore, my native alphabet is Latin/ English, but the native alphabet of Japan is kanji/katakana/hiragana.

I'm wondering how we fill out the question "If your fiancé(e)'s native alphabet uses other than Roman letters, write his or her name and address abroad in the native alphabet."

I always write my address in English script, but technically it is also written in Japanese. Do we fill that question out, simply staing the Japanese version of my current address, or do we simply leave it because technically Japanese isn't my native script?

Thanks :)

wow - what a conundrum.

i say write the address in that block where it asks for 'other characters' in Kanji.

For yer name, use the name as printed in yer passport.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
