I got a RFE back in Feb 2012 in response to my petiton filed back in Nov 2010. I sent all the required documents before the dealine (May 14, 2012) and today is day number 61 and no response, update or NOA2. I called the customer service on Friday, she kept reading the instrucation like a robot and at the end, she asked me to call back after 15 days or request a service. I did request a service and was told that it might take another 10 days till i hear from them.

According to USCIS website, once they recieve a response to RFE approval or denail after reviwing it will take 60 days.

I am just wondering if any one of you guys went through the same procedure and got approved or denied after 60 days from the day they (USCIS) recieved the response to the RFE.

Is reviewing my file for more than 60 days a sign of approval or denial?

when you call back, ask for an ISO.

You really need an ISO, blazing through the CSR, that first tard that answers the telephone, is really difficult.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
