I've already checked the USCIS processing times, but I'm trying to get a "real life" feel for how long it really takes for EADs.

I'm particularly interested in the experiences of people with Miami as their local office.

You'll see from my timeline that I applied for AOS from H1-B in September and had my biometrics appointment last week.

Thanks for all your responses.

I am pretty sure that the EADs are approved through MSC and not your local office ...

And I am still waiting for my EAD to be approved but my NOA1 date was Aug 31, 2006 ... A few VJers this week got EAD approvals and their NOA1 dates were early August ....
