All that is stated by USEM is that it be paid in pesos at BPI bank, if you can get BPI to do a cash (pesos) withdrawal from your CC you should have no issue.... IF.

i check nvc site but my visa is not payable in bpi no more.mine is ir-2 and it can be payed it online

your fine...i used to pay my k3 before at bpi but my kids visa will be payed here.there is a lot of changes now and it was more confusing.thanks thou :)
