question...is it appropriate to say in the cover letter something like -

While reviewing these documents please note that "petitioner´s name" is at times identified by her chilean national ID #12.345.678-k?

Or should I include an attachment listing our ID #s, account #s, and cell numbers as in certain documents/evidence we are identified by these?

I believe that if you have to put your chilean ID in certain documents, it wouldn't hurt to provide them with this information. In addition, you can always attach a continuation sheet to whatever form you need to put such ID number.

I believe that the more clear you are about your information, better it will be for the immigration officers to understand your case.

J

goodluck to your journey....

The key word in the title of the forums is "from" - yes, you may be adjusting through a family relationship, but you are adjusting from a tourist/student/work visa. Not FROM a family based visa, which would essentially be a K-1 fiance visa.
