May 11, 2012 - We filed DFC at USEM. We got done within an hour.

June 30, 2012 - I-30 was approved. (We didn't know about it until we e-mailed them asking for an update.)

July 8, 2012 - My huby e-mailed them for an update.

July 10, 2012 - We received a reply from MPHInquiry.CIS@uscis.dhs.gov that our I-30 was approved on June 30, 2012.

July 12, 2012 - I faxed my DS-230.

- Hubby was on the phone with a lady from USEM, and she said that she got my fax. He asked about the Packet. She said they mailed it last July 10.

July 13, 2012 - Medical Exam at St. Luke's, Ermita, Manila. . . Even though I still haven't received any mailed Packet, hubby and I decided to have my Medical Exam. He insisted to come with me because we both thought that I would have my Immunization within the day. He waited outside the medical center for six hours. Oh, and the doctor has suspected that I have Vitiligo, so I have to go to St. Luke's, Quezon City to have it checked. I am really nervous!

How are the DCF filers doing?

You should be able to download the packet from manila embassy site. I know when my wife got her letter for her interview, it was only one week prior to the interview, but we knew about the interview date almost a month before that since I had called and asked about an interview date.

all forms/packets are downloadable.

you need I-864 for husband, ds-230 for you.

some more info on these forms:

DS-230 - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3190.html

I-864 - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3730.html

there are forms that are embassy specific, but

it smells like you're not certain what forms you need.

you've studied Manila IV web site, or no ?

Future DCF Filer....but wow.gif that was fast! good.gif

How long did your hubby stay here in Manila? I'm the USC (female), petitioning my fiance in the future, getting married first.

My hubby has been living here in the Phils. since 2010. We got married in May of 2010. He's a USC and a permanent resident of the Phils.

Good luck on your DCF!:)
