Have you been to Da Nang? They have policies that don't allow beggars, or street vendors on their city streets. They have hotline #s for anyone to call if someone breaks their policies.

They (the city) also acquired a lot of lands legally or illegally to build those buildings. They took my uncle's land and paid him little money. He took the city to highest court in Ha Noi, but as you all know, there is no human rights in Vietnam, and he lost his case.

Only the elite people will live in those high rises building, maybe in 3 or 4 more generation, we'll see a better change to Vietnam.

Go to "settings" under your name in the upper right corner. Then click on the profile tab/link that appears. There is a choice for "country of non-US spouse". There should be an option for Vietnam "(No Flag)"
