I have entered with fiance visa and got married to my husband. I have been wondering what will happen since we didn't register our marriage to the Philippine Consulate here. Is this could affect my ROC in the future or my intention to file my citizenship as well? Need to know your insights on this my VJ family. Thanks..

Nope. It will not affect your ROC to the best of my knowledge.

It won't affect your ROC or your citizenship because it's not an American thing. It's how 'Pinas rolls.
