I picked up my results on Friday. I'm just wondering though, if there was anything to be concerned about would they have contacted me or let me know? Or will I find out during my interview?

If there was anything to be concerned about they would have let you known before you picked up the medical. Picking up your medical basically means you passed it. :) Did you get a copy of the vaccination worksheet? You'll need it for AOS. And don't open the medical envelope because that'll void its contents!

I did get the Vaccine Worksheet, it's stapled to the package :)

Will they let me keep it after the interview?

Since it's on the outside I imagine it's for you to keep? The original should be on the inside and the one on the outside should be a copy. But just to be safe I would photocopy it anyways.

You don't keep the medical of course, that gets attached to the rest of your paperwork in a sealed brown envelope that you will pick up from DHL along with your visa. You give this envelope to a border officer when you POE (don't open the envelope), and then that envelope gets forwarded to USCIS.
