My husband is in the Navy and I am a permanent resident in the US.

My husband has received orders to be stationed in Japan for 3 years.

Since I am also authorized to go with him, I need to know who to talk to and/or what the process is of notifying USCIS so I can go with him.

Just give them your APO adress abroad, that's all. Call the military hotline and they will help you with everything.

Since you are on his orders, you will be able to go with him without losing your status here in the US.
