Need help fellow VJ users . PD is 05MAR2010 which is current as per Aug Visa Bulletin.

We sent AOS I-864 and Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration last June 20, 2011.

We never heard from NVC since then so we inquired thru email they replied last Sep 2011 saying that our case is for CSPA application review. I am just wondering why would they say that I am under CSPA, we are applying for F2A spousal visa. Sure we did include our son's birth cert in the documents but our son is already an LPR.

I called NVC yesterday they said they never received any documents, only the payment and that we have to call back after 15 business days bec their "supervisor" will look at our case. Help!
