After 2 months since we goy our rfe , today i received a notification that they are currently reviewing our file and that we will receive in 60 DAYS!!!! an approval or denial. Do i really need to wait another 2 months????? We filed our petition on 27 december 2011 and still no noa 2:( . in how many days usually u got the answer after this notification from them? ty

There isn't much you can do at this sage. CSC isn't too bad at reviewing RFE information. I would suggest calling and asking to speak to Tier 2 since they got that information over 2 months ago. Normally they will process in 30 days.

60 days is their stock answer

Don't freak out, they say 60 days so if it takes a wee bit longer than you expect, you can't really call them to complain

While I don't know how long it will take you, but we had our approval a week after our RFE was received

If you don't mind me asking, what evidence they're really asking for? Some evidence can take a bit longer for them to review before they approve your petition.

rfe was about divorce certificate, we already sent from the first time but they wanted the judge signature too.
