That's just USCIS; they don't go in exact order. What's the question? It looks like your NOA1 was just 9 days before mine, and I just got approved yesterday. I don't think it's time to worry just yet, what with the whole IMBRA hold up still being taken care of. We all understand how hard it is to be apart with no end of it in sight, but this whole process is about waiting. Hang in there.

cheers!

I just saw in your timeline that you have no RFE listed. Is that correct? Because if you sent in the I129F on June 5th, you would have used an old form and you should have received an IMBRA RFE. If you haven't, it is definitely time to call.

Get used to it!!! I sent mine in over 3 months before you and I'm still waiting!! I doubt you'll have to wait that long but you never know! If you're unlucky USCIS screws you even more.

226 days for me!! most people have their visa in this amount of time!!!

Wake up America! Big Brother is here

Gonna try again.

Ok....I can not believe it, but I got my NOA2 today......and I called USCIS earlier and they stated that my application was being "reviewed", afew hours later- my mail came....and there was my letter :) The date on my NOA2 is 10/12/06. Be strong.....my info on the USCIS website is still old and inaccurate, I do not understand....but it all worked out and I am 100% sure it will workout for you :)

To the OP, you also have to consider that people that have been approved from the end of june, july and august have filled their K-1 with the new form, which in my opinion would explain why they are being approved before. There is no RFE for most of them and the processing is probably faster. I dont think they do it that much "randomly". Im really sure that both old forms and new forms are not being processed by the exact same people. I know most of the people that have filled before June don't really believe this because I know it must be frustrating to see all other approvals....but heh for me its an evidence.
