Hi guys..were about to apply for removal of conditions.. can somebody here give us some additional knowledge about the examples of proof on bonafide relationship? Just wanna make sure we can provide all that the immigration needs from us....sigh...

Not really sure what else you need since you didn't state what evidence you already have. Maybe you can post here, what documents you had and then we can give you suggestion what else you need to add for you proof of bonafide relationship.

Lifting Condition (I-751)

09/09/2011 - Sent the package to CSC

09/13/2011 - CSC received the package

09/15/2011 - CSC cashed check and NOA1 Received

09/26/2011 - Biometrics Appointment Notice Date (Sent)

10/13/2011 - Early Biometrics

10/19/2011 - Biometrics Appointment

10/26/2011 - GC expiration

11/25/2011 - Received RFE

11/28/2011 - Sent response to RFE

01/13/2012 - Ordered card production (Approved)

01/19/2012 - 10 yrs GC received

Hi,actually we dont have that much of evidence or proof to pass... since all our bills named to my husband... we are talking about asking a friends who know me to write a letter stating that they know about our marriage... but we dont know how to start the letter ... Sigh.... we also got marriage certificate... childs birth certificate.. insurance card with our names in it... and pictures.... Whatelse do we need to have?

Don't forget your joint tax return, I got rfe when I didn't send it. I didn't sent any letter written by our family and friends that state our marriage situation.

In addition to your proofs

- Driver's license or state id with your current address (both)

- Mails sent by your family or friends address to both of you or either one of you (like Christmas cards or invitations)

- Travel documents that have both of your name (if you travel)

- Documents that stating you are the beneficiary and vice versa.

- In your cover letter, just explain why bills named to your husband

Phone and utilities bills aren't in both your names?

Phone and utilities bills aren't in both your names?

All of our utility bills aren't name in both of our names. Gas, sewer, and garbage named under my husband's, and electricity and phone bills named under mine. In our case, whoever open the account for utility bills.
