Question about IR-5 and F4 visa

Hello All,

I hope you guys can share your expertise on these questions. I appreciate your time and support.

My husband will be filing I-130 for his mother. This will fall into IR-5 category. My question is, does my husband and my mother-in-law need to fill out G-325A forms?

My husband will also be filing for his married brother and brother's family (wife and a son). This will fall into F4 visa and I understand this visa category is taking over a decade to process. My question is, in this case, who needs to fill out G-325A form if anyone? My husband and his brother? Does the brother's wife and son (3 yrs old0 need to have G-325A fill out too?

i tried to look at various guides on this site but could not file a clear answer (maybe bcoz I am looking that's not required?) so I am hoping to leverage your expert opinion. Thanks!!!

09/11/2012 - Received a letter saying case transferred Lee's Summit, MO

03/11/2013 - NVC case # assigned
03/12/2013 - Petitioners' email corrected, Beneficiary's email added
03/13/2013 - DS3032 received
03/13/2013 - DS3032 email sent (was sent before the we received the DS3032)
03/13/2013 - AOS fee invoiced and Paid (shows In Progress)
03/14/2013 - AOS fee shows PAID
03/14/2013 - AOS package sent (overnight next-day delivery)
03/15/2013 - AOS package delivered to NVC on 03/15/2013 at 10:06:00
03/19/2013 - Re-sent DS-3032 email with Supervisor Review on subject
03/21/2013 - DS-3032 accepted
03/22/2013 - IV fee invoiced and paid
03/25/2013 - IV fee shows PAID

I am not sure about the IR-5, other expert members can chime in..

Regarding F4, your husband need to file an I-130 for his brother with a birth certificate indicating common mother/father name.

The last page of I-130 instruction states that you only need to submit photographs and G325a form if you are applying for husband and wife. It took me a while to find this information, hopefully this saves time for the next person who may have the same question.
