I'm worried about getting a SSN for my fiance. We are going next week to apply for one, but she only has an I-94 and no plans to work. We only need one so I can add her to my various accounts here in America. (bank, mortgage, credit cards, etc) Is there anything I can do or say to ensure we get this SSN and no problems at the office?

It was about 1 hour from the first post to the second. I am not sure why you think you will have a problem. A K-1 is entitled to a SSN. You don't need to prove plans to work.
