As I have stated previously, in this state you must have a birth certificate to get an ID. To get a birth certificate you must have an ID. Charging people for birth certificates is wrong, we got rid of the poll tax.

For more than 50% of people, the idea of a universal vote is a core principal

The south used to make negroes guess at the number of bubble gum in a jar - and then disqualify then from voting as illiterate if they couldn't guess the exact number. This ID business is just an update on that.

Requiring people provide their own transportation to the polling place is I guess "charging them".

Requiring that people rent or own a place to file a ballot from via mail is also I guess a burden and charging them.

Requiring people to go out and buy a pen to fill out the form if mailed from home is also a demand.

This is the Liberal logic which destroys everything it touches because all things must be based on some odd situation, rather than normal life.

There are huge numbers of people without "government issued photo ID"

That's why the right wing accept gun licenses when they haven't got a driver's license or a state id card
