How long does DHL keep documents

Hi,

I am considering going to my Montreal CR1 Interview and leave the day after for a 3 week trip.

Does someone know for how long DHL keep documents ? I would get my passport etc... when coming back.

For people interested, I called DHL/Loomis express and they said the document are usually kept 5 days and returned to sender. Now with the tracking number it is possible to call to tell them to keep the document for longer. As long as I get the tracking number I should be fine hopefully

Or you could

1) ask for ur Passport with visa back the same day of the interview----in a few occasions they have done that, does not hurt to ask,al they can do is say no!

2) Ask Mtl to hold on to your passport and mail it out awhile later, but thats prob playing with fire as it may get lost,lol

Call the dhl location that you will be picking it up at and see if they hold packages ... then if yes, after the interview wait for the email from them and then call and request they hold it for you....

How do we get the DHL / Loomis tracking number ?

Is thru email or via the website at https://usvisa-info.com/en-CA/selfservice/... ?
