Hi All

I have received 'Request for Additional Information: L-1A Individual RFE ,Due to USCIS 9/10'.

Following are the questions asked:

1) Please have the associate provide a completely up-to-date list of all his onsite direct and indirect subordinates, including their full names. social security numbers, annual salaries, work locations, and weeks worked on this project in the United States. This information is required to find the team members on Company Quarterly Wage Reports. ***If you anticipate a reason why any of the associate's subordinates would not appear on Company's Quarterly Wage Reports for the state, please identify and explain the reason (e.g. recently transferred to the U.S., working in a different state, etc.).

2) Please have the associate provide a completely up-to-date organizational chart for the proposed onsite project. Please note that this should include all the people listed in question 1, as well the associate's supervisor and that person's supervisor.

3) If any new subordinates have joined the project since the associate submitted his PRD, he should provide the following information for each new team member:

a) Full legal name and functional title;

b) Detailed list of job duties;

c) Immigration status in the US;

d) When he or she joined the project; and

e) Educational background and years of IT experience

4) Please have the associate confirm if his current offshore job duties and/or his proposed onsite job duties have changed at all since he originally submitted his PRD.

5) Please have the associate confirm if there have been any changes to his current team working in India since he originally submitted his PRD. If so, he should provide a completely up-to-date organizational chart and details about any new team members.

While I will be providing the details for question 1, for other questions there is no addition of new subordinates or change in my responsibilities.

Please guide me on the same.. Is there something I need to take care of?

Is this a normal practice?

What are the things I need to take care of..

Thanks in advance!
