Who received their NVC Letter this month (October)?

Hi guys! We just received our NVC Letter yesterday, October 18 but before we even received the letter, we already called NVC and was told that our case was already sent to the Manila USE last Oct. 12. I tried calling the USE in Manila but I couldnt get hold of anyone so Im not sure if its already there.

Anyways, anyone here who received their NVC Letter this month? When do you think our schedule for interviews will be? I hope it will be in January. .. :unsure:

* July 19 '06 - I-129F Sent to TSC

* Aug. 08 '06 - NOA1 Received

* Sept. 19 '06 - NOA2 Approved

* Sept. 24 '06 - NOA2 Received

* Oct. 12 '06 - Left NVC and Sent to USE in Manila

* Oct. 18 '06 - Received the Letter fr. NVC

* Oct. 23 '06 - USE in Manila Received our Case

* Dec. 22 '06 - Packet 4

* Jan. 24 '06 - CFO Seminar

* Jan.25-26 '07- Medical Exam

* Feb. 15 '07 - INTERVIEW (APPROVED!)

We received our email notification that NVC received our case already and we got issued a new case number. But in the email nothing is mentioned about the case has been sent to the embassy. So I guess that

it is still at NVC at the moment (which can take according to the email 2-4 weeks).

12/16/2006 - Enter States thru Atlanta

01/13/2007 - Marriage

01/19/2007 - Filed AOS and EAD to Chicago

02/06/2007 - NOA that AOS has been forwarded to CSC

02/12/2007 - Fingerprinting in St. Louis

03/28/2007 - email notification that card production ordered!!!! (Day 68)

04/20/2007 - GC in the mail.....no more USCIS for 2 years!!!!!

12/29/08 - Filed I-751 to VSC

01/12/09 - NOA in mail

01/24/09 - received ASC notice

02/06/09 - biometrics appointment in Orlando

Do not trust the dates on the NVC letter or email. I received an email reply that our petition was received on 12 oct ans sent on 13 Oct to Manila. The letter said the same thing. However the Packet 1 Instructions we received stated the USE received the petition on 11 Oct. All we have so far is the directions and the letter stating it can be up to 120 for the interview. 26 Dec 06 - Received Packet 4

18-19 Jan 07 - Medical complete early, scheduled 8 Feb

19 Jan - CFO completed after SLE shots... have to go back for the stamp after visa approval

15 Feb 07 - Interview Approved

24 Feb 07 - Arrive at Honolulu POE

2 Apr 07 - Married, civil ceremony, mailed AOS

17 Apr 07 - Checks cashed for AOS & AP

22 Apr 07 - Filed Expedite for AP

8 May 07 - Biometrics Appt

8 May 07 - Filed complaint with local USCIS for no action on Expedite request

25 Jun 07 - AOS Interview scheduled but cancelled due to deployment and family emergency

28 Mar 08 - AOS Interview ..investigation reopened due to incorrect birthdate that was identified 05/07
