Hello everyone,

First I would like to thank you all for being so helpful with dedicating time to answer questions. :)

My question is:

My birth certificate is in Spanish. I'm in the process of sending the DS230 so I need to send my original birth certificate and a translation.

I saw a few forum answers that explain that I can translate my own birth certificate and attach a declaration that The translation is correct and I speak the language fluently(something along those lines....)

Does anyone has experience in this? can I really do it myself?

Yes, if you are fluent in both languages, then you can do it yourself.
