When you make another letter of intent for the interview, how is it addressed?

For the 129 its uscis dept of homeland security.

I'm not sure what how to word it for the Manila embassy.

Letter of intent???? To marry??? it doesn't have to be "to" anyone......

United States Embassy 1201 Roxas Blvd., Ermita 1000, Manila

Is this what I put on it? I know it's not addressed to someone. One question mark would be sufficent.

Not necessary. Letter of intent is only required for the I-129F.

Actually some embassies require letter of intent, I don't know about Manila but our packet 3 lists a letter of intent,

I would just head it "To whom it may concern"

They didn't ask Letter of Intent to Marry from me. Was interviewed in USEM.

They did not ask for our letters of Intent during my wife's interview. We had them, and my wife probably still does in a folder somewhere....

But its only a piece of paper and it would suck to get a CO that wants to see it and not have it.
