How long does it take from NOA2 until in my arms?/ Manilla

Hello I was looking at some time lines of some Vjers here and it looks like it takes about 3 months from the NOA2 until their fiance's POA from applicants going thru manila is this about right? Im just about to yell from some rooftop waiting for that dam NOA2 dam dammit . If i dont get it in two weeks im buying a puncing bag and shaving my head or something!!!... seriously this waiting is agonizing! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

It would be nice to hear an estimate from you lucky folks that have already passed the POA phase so i can start planning and cleaning out my closet in time ( that will take 3 months) hahaha

I meant the time from NOA2 text, I call tge NVC everyday.

yes i got my noa 1 feb 27th i check my phone alot just to see if i got a text. I hope its soon. yes i meant POE i guess point of entry or POA point of arrival.

we've been together for quite some time now but i guess waiting for some kind of approval adds a psychological element i wasnt expecting to deal with

The same for us too, were together every month for at least 10 days. We have been getting irritable just recently with some small fights, haha. I'm sure she is getting scared a little and I'm getting pressed for time to get her before my best friends wedding end of August. All will be good..

Same boat here,we got our NOA2 but we have to wait for the NVC to complete our paper cuz of these Japan Police clearance taking so long and have to wait for that to complete NVC process I think 3 months is the minimum to from NVC stage to US embassy manila.

Really 3 months? I was shooting for 2 months.

I am hoping that next week I will get any positive response from Jap Embassy, hubby tried to call them today and spoke to one of the rep and got disconnected and hard to reach them again. some people said they had there PC 5weeks after filing them and some said it took almost 2 months but hope not.

I got my NOA2 Jan 5th, finished with NVC in March. Would have had the visa then, but we had to undergo the sputum exam at St. Lukes which pushed us back 2 months. Then my daughter was born and had to get CRBA and passport, which took another month. Visa in hand yesterday. Leaving for LAX next wednesday! Hope your journey goes smoother than mine did!

K-1 process is different than K-3.

K-1 can have their visa and be flying stateside in under 2 months if they want to once NVC releases the MNL #

Under two months is possible.

Read my sig for timeline to receiving visa, we did not push things yet visa was in hand within two months.

Took us just under 2 and half months. One month was waiting for the petition to get to the NVC. We could have gone a bit faster, but chose and interview date that wasn't overly rushed. You can look at my sig for the exact dates. We were really close on the visa arrival and her departure. We almost had to change the fly out date.
