Hi pinklady, yes fill out all your forms 2-ds156/2-157/1-156k/1each ds230/1each i134/1-864 and I beleive that is all of them also you need the proof to go with them . And this applies to both the k1-k2.

Yes we have a son also , I'm not sure what you are asking so far as i130 goes so bare with me and I will try to answer . When you put your I129f petition in at the csc you added your k2 children on that so when you go for your interview the embassy

will be aware of the children you must pay the fee to the BPI bank for yourself and your children and provide all the proof to the embassy that they ask for in packet three (which you can download off the internet at the US Embassy web site ) . You should now start calling the NVC about every other day untill they give you your MNL number , once you receive this number about a week later your petitioner will receive a letter in the mail from the NVC he/she should fax a copy of it to you with that

and your vaccination records for you and the children you should then call St Luke's in manila and make a appointment about that time or sometime later you should receive a letter at your address in the philippines from the US Ebassy stating that you can now make your appointment make sure you are completely finished at St Luke's and then go online and make your appointment with the Embassy . Also there is no need for a I130 if you did a I129 unless you filed for someone in your family

differently then you must follow those direction for that particular case . Some advise for your interview go to the NSO and have four copys of your bith certificates made also cenomar if needed for you or your kids one copy of parents birth and death

get your NBI and bryg and ploice clearence also put together a scrap book with all of the meeting in it with your to be husband and pictures and show tickets and any place you guys might have been together place them in the book and take it with you come interview day about say 15 pictures of you and your fiance together with your family and skype and yahoo conversations say 1 page out of every month and clean no sex ( LOL ) Phone bills of you guys talking and acopy of receipt of western unions and bank statements where money changed hand from US to you in the Philippines . Also no pictures of you guys together in wedding attire ok thats a no no remember you are asking to get married you are not trying to prove that you

are married ok then I hope I answered all of your Questions if you need anything else just ask. Ok then have a good day and good luck .

@Charlie

ano po un ds230 at I-864?? Kailangan pa po talaga un barangay clearance at police clearance? Ang alam ko pag nagwork k lang ouside the country dun lang kuha ng police clearance. I have 2 lil kids, will follow later, pag sumunod sila sken after end of school year ano po mga requirements na dadalhin nila sa embassy?? Ang alam ko mgbabayad lang cla ng visa fee, medical at interview and their birth certificates. Tama ba??

ano po pla requirements para sa adjustment of status, prepare ko lang po para ready kame di rush. At ano po gagawin namin after we get married? Got my noa2 nun june 29. Stil waiting kme sa nvc, pwde na po tumawag??
