Can I ask why you are doing a one way? Round trips are usually cheaper.

4/21/2012 - AP. If we haven't heard from them in SIX MONTHS (omg) we can feel free to call them!!! Thanks!

11/01/2012: Boys' I-130 interview set for November 28, 2012.

11/28/2012: I-130s APPROVED! APPROVED! APPROVED!

12/31/2012: Case number/IIN

12/31/2012: DS-3032 sent

01/08/2013: DS-3032 accepted

01/02/2013: AOS bill0

1/03/2013: AOS bill shows PAID

US Embassy Lagos

03/20/2013: Interview - was told the boys would have been approved on the spot if they had pics! Errrr :-(

04/15/2013: DNA test

05/15/2013: Emailed embassy BEGGING them to let boys drop off passports for visa insertion. IT WORKED!!!

05/31/2013: Visa in hand

06/02/2013: POE JFK!!!!!!

Does any one has an idea of where i could have a cheap one way flight ticket to the United States please?

okay you can try cheap tickets.com, kayak.com, expedia.com, priceline.com, or orbitz.com and compare and contrast that is how I shop. Good luck

Do your sites (expedia, Priceline, orbitz) price international flights? I can never get them to price me anything into or out of Nigeria. Am I doing it wrong?

Usually round trip is cheaper even if you are not using the return ticket. We bought a R/T ticket. Wait to buy until you have VISA in hand.

Searching British Airlines, Delta directly some time yields cheaper results.

No some sites like the ones you mention do not do flights to areas where they have issues with fraud.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Poor timing on your part, should have purchased your ticket before 9/11. Because of that, and the wars increasing fuel prices and all that new security, paying about 8-9 times as much for that same flight before 9/11.

Is there really such a thing as a cheap airline ticket?
