What happens if I don't receive letter on time?

Hi, I had a previous post stating that my status online shows that my AOS i485 has been denied, the decision was mailed on June 27. But me and my lawyer still haven't received any letters from USCIS.

I requested a service request a couple of days ago.

With most denials you have 30 days to take actions. What happens if I don't receive my notice on time????

Im starting to freak out....

I am sorry for your situation and cannot offer much advice as we did not AOS, but I am curious, why was it denied?

No idea why it got denied, no way to find out untill we receive the notice :-(

Did you or your lawyer changed the address? Maybe the letter went out the wrong address (old one?). You should receive your letter today or tomorrow. I guess you should make an infopass appointment on Monday if you do not get a letter by that time.

No change of adress, we both received the i-130 approval notice. What does the Infopass appointment consist of?

You will be given a chance to speak directly with an immigration officer face to face. My husband had an infopass appointment and it was very useful. The officer made some phone calls and problem was solved.
