when i was on the process of the AOS, I was living with my aunt, but since the approval i moved to an appartment with my wife, do i need to specify this ? do i need to report a change of address?, on the i-751 part 3 question 9 is asking me for this info

You have to notify them when you move.

I filled the form online for the change of address 4 days before I moved from my old place and I saved a copy of it.

And when I filled the I-751, for the question 9, I attached a paper with my old address and how long I lived there and that copy of the change of address form just so they know I sent it before.

Yes, you both need to notify USCIS of your address changing. See this "How Do I… Change My Address With USCIS?": http://www.uscis.gov/USCIS/Resources/F2en.pdf
