You will need to contact (603) 334-0700....(it's nervous wrecking) everyday, so that you get an update on the documents approval. For the INVOICES, you will need to log in (nervous wrecking) daily to check if it has been paid. Once it has been paid, just enusre you take the cover sheet(s) and submit with your doucments to NVC...As this will take two weeks for them to 1) Receive in the Mailroom 2) Review Documents 3) Approve/Acept Documents and enter in the system so that DOS can view and begin the process of giving us INTERVIEW DATES!!!

I emailed the ds3032 via my husbands email on july 2 and paid aos bill july 9. Marked paid july 10 and got Ds3032 acceptance email today. Waiting for IV bill now. Hopefully your email comes soon. When did you send it? Ours took 10 days but July 4th may have slowed it down?!

I sent in the ds-3032 thru my husbands email as sooon as I got my case and IIN # how do i know if it has been approved or even received?? My AOS has been invoiced but the IV not yet...Just curious

NVC typically emails you in response when it's accepted. The ultimate way of knowing it's been accepted is when the IV bill is invoiced. This typically takes around a week from sending the DS-3032 by email.

Saylin is right, NVC will email you the approval of the ds3032. Either that or you will see your IV bill ready to be paid. It takes a couple days.

I am trying not to worry but we sent our ds3032 july 2. It got accepted july 11 and still no IV! I am waiting to send in both ds230 with supporting documents and I-184 with supporting docs because we are in DR for the month and hoping to save on postage.
