hello VJ! i need help ASAP! we filed on adjustment of status for k1 on june 30, 2012 and we sent to this address USCIS Attn: AOS 1820 E. skyharbor circle s. suite 100 Phoneix< AZ 85034 and last night we worried because it's been morethan 10 days already and we never receive a receipt notice yet.. we look on the website again and we saw that the direcet filing address for adjustment of status for k1 is USCIS PO box 805887 Chicago,IL 60680-4120 or for express mail UScis Attn: FBAS 131 South Dearbon-3rdfloor Chicago, IL 60603-5517.. so my problem now is we sent our package to wrong adress but same USCIS department.. what are we gonna do now? do they reject my application for that? im worriend because my money order payment is inside my application but i sent to wrong adress..

You might get lucky and they might forward it to the correct location. Or they may return it to you. No way to know but wait for a little longer.

While you're waiting, look at the instructions more carefully and see if there's anything else you may have missed.
