He doesn't know - he is not responsible and ask someone else and he was on the lake on filing day.....these questions are so irrelevant and they are picking on him because:

I declare every last cent of interest and I register it every year at the US Treasury

If the American system leaves me to die with no health care (like they do), its my escape route

Red Passport + Bank of England account = contentment and freedom from worry

Foreign accounts as such are not evil - but if the intent is to evade tax its criminal, and to avoid tax its criticizeable
