our case was at NVC now but it was not on the system yet...my question is, do we need to send original documents to NVC along with the affidavit of support?what else document we need to sent to them.and my beneficiary dont have passport yet is this gonna be a problem?

The beneficiary needs to have the passport in hand to make a copy of it to send with the DS-230. The rest of the documents need to be originals. Read the instructions very closely and read the guides here as they have most likely been updated since we were at that stage of the process.

Yes, you need to send some original documents to NVC that will be in the AOS (Affidavit of Support) and IV (Immigrant Visa) packages.

The passport is 100% needed. Like canadian_wife said, the visa is put inside the passport. Without a passport, you can't get a visa. The beneficiary in your case needs to go out and get a passport asap. Until then, you can't send the IV package.
