got my EAD card today! SSN is also now on its way. now fr the dreaded interview :P

Day 000- 08/08/2011 - Petition for alien relative (I-130) mailed to Chicago Illinois

Day 003- 08/11/2011 - Text and email confirmation from USCIS of receipt

Day 013- 08/22/2011 - Received receipt for I-130

Day 198- 03/07/2012 - Text and email confirmation of APPROVED I-130!

Day 203- 03/12/2012 - I-130 approval letter received

Day 323- 07/05/2012 - AOS package (I-485 + I-765) mailed to Chicago Illinois

Day 329- 07/11/2012 - Text and email confirmation from USCIS of receipt

Day 332- 07/14/2012 - Received receipts for I-485 and I-765

Day 336- 07/18/2012 - Recieved ASC Appointment Notice (biometrics) for 08/02/2012 @ 8:00am

Day 341- 07/23/2012 - Biometrics early walk-in SUCCESS!

Day 372- 08/23/2012 - Text and email confirmation of Interview date set for October 4th, 2012

Day 372- 08/23/2012 - Received interview letter in mail!

Day 384- 09/04/2012 - Text and email confirmation of EAD Card Production. OMG! approval feels good!

Day 390- 09/10/2012 - Text and email confirmation of EAD Card mailed to address on file

Day 390- 09/10/2012 - Text and email confirmation of USPS picking up mail from USCIS

Day 393- 09/13/2012 - Received EAD Card in mail!!!!

Day 393- 09/13/2012 - Text and email confirmation of USPS reporting the EAD Card was received by customer!

Day 414- 10/04/2012 - Interview and on the spot APPROVAL! PERMANENT RESIDENT!

9/10/12 EAD card ordered, (didnt get email or text checked it on USCIS website)

Do we have to take our 18 month old with us to the interview?

Judging by your timeline and mine, Ive still got a good couple of months before I can expect any final progress however!

Day 0 - 07/10/2012 - AOS package (I-130,I-485, I-175) mailed to Chicago with FedEx.

Day 1 - 07/11/2012 - Confirmation from FedEx that package arrived and was signed for.

Day 3 - 07/13/2012 - Text confirmation from USCIS of receipt.

Day 4 - 07/14/2012 - Online banking shows that cheques were cashed.

Day 9 - 07/19/2012 - Received 3 out of 3 NOA letters in the post.

Day 11 - 07/21/2012 - Received biometrics appointment letter, appointed set for 08/07/2012.

Day 16 - 07/26/2012 - Completed biometrics walk in.

Day 56 - 09/04/2012 - Received text notification to state that my EAD has been ordered into production.

Day 59 - 09/07/2012 - Received 2nd text notification to state that my EAD has been ordered into production.

Day 62 - 09/10/2012 - Text notification that EAD has been mailed.

Day 64 - 09/12/2012 - EAD received in the mail.

July 16, 2012: Delivered

July 27, 2012: Checked cashed

July 30, 2012: NOA for I-485,I-131,I-765

August 02, 2012: Biometrics appointment for (08/27)

August 27, 2012: Biometrics Done ..

September 13, 2012: Interview Notice Received (10/18/2012)

September 18, 2012: Card production ordered for EAD&AP

September 26, 2012: Received EAD.

October 18, 2012: Approved on spot

October 27, 2012: Received GC in mail.

no you dont have to bring the baby as it states on the letter for your interview...BUT you do however have to bring your birth certificate for every child born into and out of your marriage. i would think it would help if you brought something cute with but thats just me :P

I just got an update on my i-485 saying my interview is scheduled for October 24th at National Benefits Center...Hope I don't have to go to Missouri for that??? I live in NYC.

Also, my i-130, EAD and Advanced Parole cases have not been updated. Is this normal?

Day 64 - 9/18 - Notification for i485 saying Interview is on October 24th

Day 65 - 9/19 - Notification for production of EAD card

Day 65 - 9/19 - Notification that "mailed you a notice that we approved I131 TRAVEL DOCUMENT"

Day 73 - 9/27 - Received EAD and Advance Parole "Combo" Card

Day 100- 10/24 - Interview - Approved!!

Day 106 - 10/30 - Status Update that Card has been mailed.
