Thanks, I'm just terrified of ending up having to wait FOREVER for this to be done ... you'd think that with just Advanced Parole and the actual adjustment they'd do it faster XD

Hi Guys, me again.

I just want to say that I am FREAKING OUt and I need the support and words of wisdom of all my friends VJers...

We are just waiting for our interview and I am afraid I don't have enough evidences:

We got married in June and we started having our things together since then, we have a joint bank account for just 3 months. My husband is very conservative about money and has his own bank account which I do not have access. Our joint bank account has money for groceries and daily needs and he does not deposit too much on there. I am not working, so he is the only one putting money in this account. I am also in his health insurance, we have family plan cell phone account and I was put in his lease back in April. And we have pictures. That's all!

What do you guys think? I guess I am overthinking about all this and stressing myself out. On the other hand, I heard of people that didn't have enough evidences and are having a heck of a time.

Please any help with any guidance?

Thank you

ok, SO! i messed up on my timeline but its now fixed. AND, interview evidence list so far is: change of address letter from post office with both our names on it, a reminder card from the local vet for our cat to get shots with both our name on it, the "unofficial" birth certificate with the cute feet stamps of our newish born daughter with both our names on it, a newspaper of an announcment of our marriage certificate being purchased, some Canadian keep sake coins for our wedding and birth of our baby from family members of mine in canada, a TON of cards from numerous occosions aka christmas, our anniversery from each other and family members, a bunch of little notes and love letters from one another, a lease agreement from a year ago with both our names on it, the vaccination shot record of our daughter with our signature on it as we had to sign for her to receive them, all my flight tickets from going back and forth from here to Canada, some denial papers from my wife trying to cross the border into canada lol, some western union receipts from receiving money from my folks in canada, and a few other misc. things, AND finally i have to gather ALL the pictures (thousand or so), ALL our facebook messages to one another, some notarized letters from family that we live with them and were a legit couple, and this week we finally got our new marriage licsence as i sent our other one to freakin CSC lol. anyways, i have it ALL organized very neatly in a tote and im hoping that this will suffice. i DO NOT have a social security number obviously so i cant work. my wife is a stay home mom with our new born so we have no income to afford life, medical, dental, car insurance etc. we dont even own a vehicle newmore as our PT Cruisers tranny blew up and NO only her name was on the deed and insurance as it was her car when i got here and ya...again, i hope all this will be enough...any thoughts?

@ mccbsimon:

Hi, thank you for your support.

I think we should be fine right? You have your little one together and I can't see more strong ties to each other better than your little baby (congrats, btw).

The IO should understand that you and your wife; and me and my husband are newly weds right? We are trying to put our things together to start a living with our loved ones and our limitations is something to be considered right?

I just hope we all get all this over with soon! Praying for us all!
