Yes, soon you'll receive your interview letter and/or EAD card!

To me, it felt like I was never going to hear anything back! I was SO impatient...

Now I am reviewing all the documentation to take to the interview, all the bonafides evidences, e.g. current joint bank statement, joint insurance evidences, telephone bills, utility bills and picture. That'll keep me busy for a while

I didn't apply for an EAD, but I'm hoping that the interview notice will come soon! it looks really promising for me with your timeline and mymarriagejourney's!!

Is anyone actually getting an A/P lately? Our I-485 got RFE'd and is on hold waiting for more information, so I know we're going to have some serious delays. But I'm wondering if we have a chance of actually seeing an A/P before an interview??

I'm glad everyone is starting to get some progress on their cases! It seems now from a quick look, I am now the person who did their biometrics the earliest without any update at all regarding EAD or interview :(

AOS Journey

Day 0 - 07/10/2012 - AOS package (I-130,I-485, I-175) mailed to Chicago with FedEx.

Day 1 - 07/11/2012 - Confirmation from FedEx that package arrived and was signed for.

Day 3 - 07/13/2012 - Text confirmation from USCIS of receipt.

Day 4 - 07/14/2012 - Online banking shows that cheques were cashed.

Day 9 - 07/19/2012 - Received 3 out of 3 NOA letters in the post.

Day 11 - 07/21/2012 - Received biometrics appointment letter, appointed set for 08/07/2012.

Day 16 - 07/26/2012 - Completed biometrics walk in.

Day 56 - 09/04/2012 - Received text notification to state that my EAD has been ordered into production.

Day 59 - 09/07/2012 - Received 2nd text notification to state that my EAD has been ordered into production.

Day 62 - 09/10/2012 - Text notification that EAD has been mailed.

Day 64 - 09/12/2012 - EAD received in the mail.

Hang in there buddy! I received my interview letter exactly 20 days after biometrics were completed. It's been 9 days since you completed your biometrics.

I know that the waiting sucks! Be patient and positive and you'll receive it soon

07/23/2012 - USCIS cashed our checks

07/25/2012 - Received Notice of Action letters for I-130, I-485 and I-765.

07/25/2012 - Received ASC Appointment Notice for biometrics. Biometrics scheduled for 08/14/2012 in Norfolk, VA.

08/07/2012 - Successful Walk-in Early Biometrics taken at a different ASC location (Alexandria, VA).

08/13/2012 - Called the FBI to ask about biometrics. USCIS have them!

08/27/2012 - Received Interview letter, Interview scheduled on Sept. 28th.

09/21/2012 - EAD card under production

09/28/2012 - Interview in Norfolk - No decision yet :(

09/29/2012 - EAD card received in the mail.

10/01/2012 - Case status updated - Approved! YAY!!!!

10/03/1012 - Card Production!!!!! YAAAAAAY!!!

10/10/2012 - Green Card received in the mail! It's beautiful!!!
