please help me in Check List

Hi guys,

i submit AOS (I-864) by e.mail for my wife, i received a check list, i have all the papers of ownership of real estate of my wife, i am ready to send them, i submited (I-864) form for my wife why the checklist said I-864A, i dont know which form i need to submit now I-864 or I-864A, they said submit new form, i cut & paste there e.mail please help me guys, thanks in advance
