VISA K-3 ESPOSOS Y K-1 DE NOVIOS, EN PERU

Hola a todos en Peru, Me gusta mucho esta pagina pero mi Ingles no es tan bueno, y para cosas tan importantes, pienso que debe ser en mi Idioma materno.

Yo estoy tramitando mi Visa K3, de Esposos. Esta semana mi Esposa (En USA) me informo que le llego un documento que indica que nuestro caso esta en NCV National Visa Center. Si alguien sabe los pasos que me siguen les agradecere bastante que me informen.

Empezar con el apoyar este post para se unan mas personas y asi poder ayudarnos entre todos.

Saludos y que llegue pronto la Visa Aprovado.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

HOLA MIRK02012, CREO QUE LA K-3 YA NO EXISTE.... AHORA LA CONSIDERAN CR1 EL CUAL ES LA VISA DE ESPOSO/A. PERO ESTOY CONFUNDIDA PORQUE MENCIONASTE LA K-1 EL CUAL ES LA VISA DE NOVIOS. ESTAN LEGALMENTE CASADOS O ESTAN COMPROMETIDOS??

Como dijo LA NEGRA, la visa K3 muy de vez en cuando la procesan y está practicamente nula, ahora casi siempre procesan las solicitudes para la visa CR1.

Lo primero que tiene que hacer es preguntarle a su esposa exactamente para cuál visa el Centro Nacional de Visas (NVC) les está procesando el caso. Si es para la K3, aunque lo dudo, el NVC sólo les asigna un número de caso y el resto lo procesa la embajada, entonces les tocaría llamarlos para saber si ya tienen el caso en Lima.

Si lo están procesando para la visa CR1 entonces deben seguir los pasos en el EZGuideSpouse donde les indican paso a paso lo que deben hacer, ej.: cómo conseguir el número IIN, cómo comunicarse con el NVC, y cómo hacer los pagos y descargar los formularios por internet para agilizar el proceso.

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
