Too soon for CR petition?

Hello all!,

Between full time work, full time school and planning a wedding in sept.....VJ has not seen much of me lately and I miss it.

anyway we plan to submit our paperwork from Nigeria within few days of the wedding and would appreciate the house to share thoughts on:

1. Which marriage certificates shd we present? court or church. we really would love to be able to use our Church date as that is the main event.

2. We plan to submit documents within few days of the ceremony, would it be considered too soon to file the petition and does it matter that we are sending the package from outside the U.S( we are trying to buy as much time as possible and get the process underway ASAP)?

3. some initiated frontloading at the I-130 and NVC stage(especially for Nigeria)? Without one overdoing it what are basic suggestions for this?

we are getting married on my second trip to Nigeria after we met.

2. Not too soon- file the day you get the cert if you have everything ready.

2. We plan to submit documents within few days of the ceremony, would it be considered too soon to file the petition and does it matter that we are sending the package from outside the U.S( we are trying to buy as much time as possible and get the process underway ASAP)? Are you going to be living in Nigeria? Or are you filing as USC living abroad? You do have to send to the Chicago lockbox or Phoenix lockbox.

Photos with family and friends are key. Great two visits. Br sure thats well shown with oics and events or whatever.

Chat logs, email logs, Phone logs don't go crazy and print everything. For emails pic a sampling of a month summarize what was talked about that mouth on page.

we are getting married on my second trip to Nigeria after we met. Excellent nothing wrong with that. How much time all together have your two trips totalled thats key for Lagos also.

The first visit was for two weeks and this second visit will be for 6weeks. Same tribe, same religion. I am 7years younger than him.

I will file just as USC...we dont plan to live in Nja for now. We plan that I will return after the wedding(school work etc) but I want to mail the documents from over there and kick off the process at USCIS instead of bringing them with me and 'wasting' all that 6weeks before sending them out from US.
