Oh no! So sorry to hear that :-/ But don't give up hope, maybe it's just a matter of a couple weeks or so. July 12th is still a ways away, so you can still make it!

Found out that our file was sent from NVC on Friday to London. Checked the tracking info on VJ site and it arrived in London yesterday at 16:08! Back on track now. Going to mail all the forms from here in the US to London today.

Call USCIS and ask when they sent your file off to the NVC (the petitioner has to do that, they don't give any info to the beneficiary).

Haven't received packet 4 yet, but got a call from the Consulate in Frankfurt this morning - I will have my interview at the beginning of June!!! smile.png

Yay our interview went well were approved, but the consul took my EAD card he did not returned to me he said I will just used my conditional green card which will arrive next week, my question is it fine to start looking for job even I don't have the EAD card with me? Is the green card enough to show when I'm applying for job? Big thanks

Just an update from me.

Just an update from me.

Had the interview at the US Embassy in London last Tuesday and was approved. Visa arrived this Tuesday morning (at 6:30am shocked.gif )

Wooohoooo! Congrats!!! And welcome to America ;)

We got married last Wednesday at Buckingham Fountain...it was a very short but sweet ceremony performed by a gay former catholic priest :D

Our wedding is tomorrow - I think I have everything ready - slightly stressing over the paperwork to pick up the licence in the morning on the way to the venue (we had to request a 'waiver' as we are not residents of the state that we're marrying in). I will be glad when we have that particular piece of paper in our hands and on the way to the chapel. Think of us at 2pm tomorrow Central Time as we get to the end of the beginning :-)

i am happy to read all july filers getting thru with their journey finally. i hope our wait on the noa2 would end soon as it is near 1 year already on july 26 :(

Do you have any idea why they take so long?

I thought I was the slowest. I hope you get your approval soon.
