Hi There,

I got an RFE too during the NOA2 process (I'm using a lawyer also) It took almost 2 weeks to get the notice( If its taking more than 15 days you can call USCIS)Only my lawyer received the RFE.

Thank you for your info! I shall wait. :D

Everyone!!!! CSC is finally moving forward!!!! COngratulation to everyone with approvals or RFE!!!

Wooo congrats to all the recent approvals at CSC!

It took over a week to receive RFE in the mail. Assembling the evidence took a further week and a half due to my fiance's work being hectic, also apparently the RFE is more complex than the initial forms we sent. Well anyway he mailed the reply today, so hopefully in a month or so we'll have NOA2 (at 300+ days of waiting). I haven't seen him since November, we gave up waiting for NOA2 and he booked tickets to come visit and I booked us a vacation in barcelona as a joint birthday trip. Hopefully by the time we get back it'll be fast moving next steps and not a denial or something tragic.

We filed on July 27, 2013 and we got approved last 3 days ago!!! Finally, after 9 long months of waiting!!!
